资产管理系统设计（JSP+MySQL数据库开发）

摘 要

　　目前，社会已经步入了信息的时代，随着科技的日益发展，计算机技术在人们的日常生活中，也越来越扮演着重要的角色，人们的日常生产生活都已经离不开计算机了，计算机的应用更是深入到人们生活中的每个角落，比如几乎每个单位都在使用的 OA 管理系统，财务管理系统，证券管理系统等等。而在此过程中，使用计算机去进行对于企业的信息进行管理，已经成为非常重要的一种企业经营的手段。

　　通过构建企业专用的资产管理系统，对于解决企业内部的办公效率低下而导致的人力成本太高等问题都是有非常大帮助的。而为了提升该公司内部的办公效率和信息化的水平，我们需要建立一套综合办公系统来解决以上问题。

　　国外在资产管理系统起步比较早，做的也比较好，相比于国内处于技术领先阶段。西方在近年来提出了一些比较好的理论，例如效率管理理论，质量管理理论等，取得了一些很好的成就，例如美国的通用公司就率先提出了效率管理理论，并且首先结合了质量管理理论，不仅使得研究成本大大降低，而且还使得最初的混乱的管理模式得到了梳理，使得产品条线更加清晰。同时，国外有大量的专家和机构在对于如何进行资产管理进行了深入的研究和探索，政府对于这项研究也投入了大量的经费。

　　我国在近年来，随着人们的收入的缓慢增长和消费观念的逐步转变，我们国家的资产管理系统的发展也是越来越快，我们国家的企业都按照自己企业的发展模式，建设了符合自己企业自身特点的资产管理系统。现阶段我国大部分企业正在使用的资产管理系统，都是对企业的进货与存储进行单独管理，而资产管理却是单独采用一个系统。

　　这样做的好处是，进货与储存管理会增加企业的仓库管理的便利性，与此同时，财务人员就会根据入库单等凭证对于货品进行记账操作。

　　但是这样做的问题在于，如果这样做，就会使得采购与储存链条比较大，并且销售业务也比较大的企业，每一次的进货取货都会进行一次重新登记与更新，这样对于大型企业的财务人员来说，他们的工作量是非常巨大的。虽然如此，我们国家的资产管理系统和国外发达国家的系统相比，仍然有非常多需要学习的地方。

　　本论文的研究目标是是建立一套符合企业要求的资产管理系统。

　　通过对与企业负责人的沟通，对其资产管理的方式进行业务梳理,了解了其所需要的功能，进行了功能需求分析,进而完成系统设计,该系统包括资产信息管理以及资产使用管理,其中资产使用管理包含了借用管理、领用管理、资产变动、资产调拨、资产处理、资产盘点、资产使用台账等功能。

　　该系统主要用到了预算定额表，工资明细表，凭证表，凭证分类表，科目全额表 5 张数据库表单。

　　本篇论文共分为六章对资产管理系统进行介绍：

　　第一章介绍了课题背景以及资产管理系统最近一段时间的发展状况；第二章介绍了开发系统过程中主要使用的技术方案；第三章对系统进行了需求分析，并对系统的总体设计结构予以阐述；第四章对系统的页面进行了展示，并对关键部分的操作予以说明与解释第五章对系统进行了测试，保证了系统功能正常稳定的进行；第六章对论文进行了总结，提出了系统的不足之处并提出对未来的展望。

Abstract

　　With the increasing development of technology, computer technology played more important roles in people's daily lives,computer applications is deeply permeate into every corner of people's lives, almost every unit is using OA management system, financial management systems, portfolio management systems and so on .It is important that using a computer to carry out the enterprise information management has become a very important means of business in this process. It is helpful to solve the problem by building enterprise-specific asset management system . In order to improve office efficiency and the information technology level , we need to establish an integrated office system to solve the above problem.

　　Foreign asset management system started early, it is better than the technology in our country , the technology in foreign country is developed. Western country in recent years made some good theories, such as the efficiency of management theory,quality management theory,.Some company made some good achievements, such as the US company General first proposed the theory of efficient management, quality management and first combines theory not only greatly reduce the cost of such research, but also makes the initial confusion of the management model has been combed, making the product line more clearly. At the same time, a large number of foreign experts and institutions in studying asset management conducted in-depth research and exploration.

　　In recent years, with the increasing income of people and consumption concept, the development of our country's asset management system faster and faster, our country's enterprises according to their own business model of development, the construction of their own accord enterprise asset management system with its own characteristics. Asset management system at this stage most of our businesses are using all of the purchase and storage companies managed separately, and asset management is the use of a single system. The advantage of this is that the purchase and storage management will increase the enterprise warehouse management convenience, at the same time, financial staff will be in accordance with the accounting operations for goods storage lists and other documents. But there is a big problem with doing that, it will make purchasing and storage chain large,and relatively large company, every stock pick will conduct a re-registration and renewal, for large enterprises finance staff, their workload is huge. Nevertheless, our country's asset management system and the system as compared to developed countries, there are still very many places to learn.

　　The objective of this paper is to study is to establish a business in line with the requirements of asset management system. By communicating with the people in charge, their way of conduct asset management business in order, understand the functions they need, functional requirements analysis carried out and complete the system design, the system information including asset management and asset use and management, including asset management includes the use of borrowed management, recipients management, changes in assets, asset allocation, asset disposal, asset inventory, asset use ledger functions.

　　There are five tables in the database,salary schedules, the credential table, classification certificate, account full table 5 database form.

　　This paper is divided into six chapters :the first chapter introduces the subject background and the most recent development of the asset management system;the second chapter introduces the technical program development system mainly used in the process;the third chapter of the system demand analysis, overall design and structure of the system to be described;the fourth chapter of the system pages the show, and to be a key part of the operating instructions and explain；the 5th is tested to ensure the normal and stable system function；the 6th of the paper summarizes the proposed shortcomings of the system and put forward the prospects for the future.

　　由于我们国家的计算机行业发展的比较晚，资产管理的方式比较传统，所以无论在质量上，还是在效率上，都很难跟上现在社会的快速发展。因此，需要一种与社会发展匹配的操作简便、效率高的管理系统。

　　通过构建企业专用的资产管理系统，对于解决企业内部的办公效率低下而导致的人力成本太高等问题都是有非常大帮助的。而为了提升该公司内部的办公效率和信息化的水平，我们需要建立一套综合办公系统来解决以上问题。

　　无论是从数据的统计来说，还是记录信息的准确性来说，资产管理系统都是非常有优势的。同时，从另一方面来说，构建资产管理系统还能减少财务人员的工作量，为工作人员的工作提供了方便，也提高了工作人员每天的工作效率。这样能够增加资产管理的效率，同时也使各级别的人员都能快速查询、统计本单位固定资产情况，了解单位的资产状况，从而实现资源的合理配置。

　　由于国外计算机行业发展比较迅速，相对的在资产管理系统起步也就比较早，于国内相比技术比较成熟。西方在近年来提出了一些比较好的理论，例如效率管理理论，质量管理理论等，取得了一些很好的成就，例如美国的通用公司就率先提出了效率管理理论，并且首先结合了质量管理理论，不仅使得研究成本大大降低，而且还使得最初的混乱的管理模式得到了梳理，使得产品条线更加清晰。

　　同时，国外有大量的专家和机构在对于如何进行资产管理进行了深入的研究和探索，政府对于这项研究也投入了大量的经费。在研究领域、计划和经费都有专门的项目负责人。
